Obtaining quotations, arranging access and coordinating contractors for building maintenance and shared works, including consultation where required.
Leaseholder enquiries & records
Responding to building-management questions and coordinating property records, insurance information and lease-related administrative enquiries.

Any separate administration fee or works contribution will be explained in writing, including its basis and the amount payable, where applicable.

Use only the payment instructions on an official BPR demand or invoice, quoting its reference. Contact us about an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or refund.
